【摘要】 以抗寒葡萄 4个品系的单芽茎段为试验材料 ,用组织培养法进行了茎段的粗度、培养基中激素的比例、蔗糖质量浓度进行了筛选试验 .结果表明 :茎段在 2～ 3mm时 ,腋芽繁殖较快 ,生长较好 ;MS(BA 1 .0、IAA 0 .5、蔗糖 3 0g L)的培养基较适合 1 41和 2 0号葡萄的发育繁殖 ;蔗糖质量浓度 3 0g L为宜更多还原

【Abstract】 The selective experiment on the the width of stem,the hormone and sucrose change in medium of the sign bud cold-resistant grapes.The result shows that the buds breed and grow better in the length of 2～3 mm,MS is fit for the grow and breeding of No.141and No.20 grapes,sucrose is unsuitable to low 30 g/L.更多还原
