对女大学生形体课的教学探讨

【摘要】 对女大学生进行形体课教学 ,可以纠正原有不良的身姿缺陷 ,培养出良好的站姿、坐姿和走姿 ,使她们充分显示出女性特有的优美外形
【Abstract】 Giving lessons in physique can help college girl students correct their poor postures, form good postures of standing ,sitting and walking so as to display girls’ graceful physiques.
