炉内喷钙对锅炉运行影响的探讨

【摘要】 炉内喷钙具有系统设备简单、投资少的特点 ,是适合我国国情的烟气脱硫技术 ,特别是对一批现有的场地和资金不足的老机组来说是可以选择的重要方法之一。但要成功的应用炉内喷钙脱硫技术还存在许多问题。分析炉内喷钙对灰特性、电除尘器、锅炉温度和效率等产生的影响。并在电厂实地试验分析了炉内喷钙对锅炉效率的影响

【Abstract】 The flue gas desulphurization (FGD) technology by injecting calcium based sorbents into boiler has many advantages such as low investment, low operation expenditure and so on. It proved to be a successful technology particularly with the old boilers reformed in thc case of being short of funds and space. But there are many problems in applying the technology in boilers successfully. This paper gives an analysis to the effects on ash peculiarity, electric dust cleaner, boiler temperature and efficiency. Meanwhile experiments were done in the field with two power plants and the effects on boiler temperature and boiler efficiency were analyzed.
