【摘要】 本文简要说明了联网条件下高速公路电子不停车收费 (ETC)系统应用将会面临的几个问题。其中 ,重点分析了ETC车道设备兼容互换性问题。在分析介绍现有的ETC相关国际标准对ETC设备兼容性的规范与影响的基础上 ,对ETC车道设备完全兼容互换的技术选择给出了几点建议。同时 ,还对ETC联网收费系统中 ,ETC系统运营商之间后台业务系统的互联与通行费的清算等问题作了简要的分析与说明更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses several issues that the ETC system applications in expressway network in China.It analyses the compatibility and inter-operability of ETC lane equipment.Based on the analysis and the related international standards of ETC system,it presents some suggestions for the technology chosen of the complete compatibility of ETC lane equipment.At the same time,it also briefly introduces and analyses some other issues,including the inter-connection of the background operation systems and toll revenue settlement between different ETC system operators.更多还原
