【摘要】 在发达国家 ,企业物流已从内部一体化向外部一体化演化。然而中国的企业物流却支离破碎 ,运作效率极其低下。中国企业要缩小同发达国家在物流管理上的差距 ,除了政府要为发展现代物流创造良好的宏观环境外 ,企业要提高物流信息化水平 ,构筑一体化物流 ;要广泛运用第三方物流 ,积极与外部企业缔结战略联盟 ;要不断开拓全球性物流 ,在全球寻求市场空间更多还原

【Abstract】 In developed countries, enterprise logistics has evolved from internal integration to external integration However,in China,logistics is still torn to pieces with low efficiency In order to fill the gap and catch up with developed countries in logistics management,enterprises should establish integrated logistics while improving information system,widely utilize third party logistics and enter into strategic alliance with out sourcing,exploit global logistics to be more competitve in the world market The government should create favorable macro environment for the development of enterprise logistics更多还原
