【摘要】 路边停车是城市中常见的一种停车方式 ,而停车到达和停车出发对路段交通流造成的延误 ,目前还尚未有明确的数学模型和计算方法。针对双向两车道的道路采用路边垂直式停车方式的情况 ,本文建立了计算停车到达和出发导致路段交通流延误的模型和公式 ,就这一问题作出了初步的探索。路段交通流延误的分析计算可用于为评价路段服务水平提供依据 ;根据具体路段受干扰的程度 ,为是否允许路边停车提供决策依据 ;在进行交通分配时 ,确定更合理的路阻更多还原

【Abstract】 Roadside parking is an ordinary parking mode, and the stopping and starting of vehicles will cause the delay of road traffic, which has not been calculated accurately because of lacking definite mathematical model and calculation method Based on two?lane road using roadside vertical parking mode, this paper studies such circumstance and establishes model and formulas that can be used to calculate the delay caused by stopping and starting of parking vehicles The analysis and computation of road traffic delay can be used to provide foundation for evaluating service level of road It can also offer decision?making ground as for whether or not roadside parking should be permitted, according to the degree of disturbance.
