【Abstract】 With the increasingly using of the diesel engines.the problems of discharging dirt have become more and more seri-ously,not only affected the atmosphere environment,but also done something unhealthy to people’s lives directly .These have already aroused concerns and attentions all over the world.These countries have been positively doing researches to develop the controlling technology and installation on discharging dirt of diesel engines inside or oulside,they have also published laws and regulations of stricdy limiting discharging dirt.更多还原
