【摘要】 目的:对SARS病区护理人员实施程序化管理流程,降低护理人员的感染率和并发症的发生,提高管理质量。方法:按照SARS病区护理人员不同的工作阶段,制定出相应的管理措施并监督实施,进行终末评价。结论:对SARS病区护理人员实施程序化的管理流程,经过终末评价SARS感染率为零,对个体在生理、心理、社会等方面所出现的并发症及影响均较轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To manage nurses working in SARS wards with procedural flow, to decrease the nurses’ infectious rate and incidence rate of complications, and to enhance the management quality. Methods: Plan, implement and evaluate corresponding management interventions according to the different work stage of nurses who work in SARS wards. Conclusion: Nurses’ infectious rate of SARS was zero and SARS’s physical, psychological and social complications and the influences of the complications to individuals were all gentle.更多还原
