【摘要】 电子病历建立在医院医疗活动全面信息化的基础上,能提供主动的、智能化的服务,对医院的内部管理、国家医疗保障和病人信息的异地共享具有重要意义.在分析医院电子病历管理应用需求特点的基础上,提出了一个医院电子病历系统的模型并详细描述了各功能模块的设计.通过多媒体分布式数据库的具体实现,验证了这一电子病历系统模型的可行性.更多还原

【Abstract】 CPR(Computer-based Patient Record)is built on the medical service and information in the hospital.By providing active and intelligent service,CPR is very significant for the national medical insurance, hospital management and the patient record research shared in different places.The model of CPR system is introduced on the analysis of the demand of CPR management and application with a detail description of CPR design.The model of CPR is proved to be available by the experiment of distributed database to perfect the management system.更多还原
