【Abstract】 In order to adapt the environment and meet its own development,the agility organization should set up new organizational memory and rules.Firstly,this paper studied the environmental factors and the inter power in innovating organizational memory,then analyzed the relationship between them.Secondly,we studied the innovation of organization memory through comparing the variation and the innovation of organization memory.At last,we analyzed the obstruct and rivalry exist in creating mould of organizational memory and the course of duplication.更多还原
