【摘要】 ABR业务的流量控制是一种基于反馈的闭环控制,它对于需要确保业务质量的ATM网络来说至关重要。由于基于反馈,ABR信源必须知道网络的瞬时未用带宽,以动态调整发送速率。通过对三类算法各自的性能及改进作公平性、稳定性和有效性等重点分析后,提出了传统的算法面临的问题及解决途径,为设计高速ATM交换机提供了有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flow control of ABR service,based on closelooped feedback,plays a crucial role in ATM networks to ensure Quality of Service(QoS).Being based on feedback,ABR sources should get to know the instantaneous remained bandwidth to adjust cellsending rate dynamically.The performance and improvement of three algoithms,especially fairness,stabilization and effectiveness,are analyzed.Then the questions that traditional algorithms confronted with and the responding solutions are proposed,which is a useful reference to the design of highspeed ATM swithch.更多还原
