【Abstract】 It is agreed that talents are playing a pivotal and decisive role in the current international competition.Talents are mainly fostered within universities and colleges.In order to meet the requirements of the times to come,our college has analyzed all of the internal and external factors affecting talents fostering,put forward a set of action schemes and constructed the architecture and frame for the fostering of creative talents.This paper is a summary of the practice of the proposed approaches and the significant achievements obtained.更多还原
