【摘要】 以截止2001年底在深、沪两地上市的30家通信电子产业公司的相关资料为基础,考察了公司股权结构、两职兼任状况、高层管理人员持股、董事持股、监事持股等几个方面对公司盈利能力、资产管理能力、成长能力及股本扩张能力的影响,并利用SPSS软件,对上市公司治理机制中的股权结构与其绩效评价的关系进行实证研究并建立模型。更多还原
