TiO2的光催化活性及应用
Photo-catalytic Activity and Applications of TiO2
【摘要】 通过对近年来TiO2光催化活性及其在环境保护领域的最新进展的研究,进一步探讨了提高TiO2光催化活性的新方法和新途径以及TiO2在降解水及空气污染物等方面出现的新问题。结果表明,金属离子掺杂给TiO2提供电子受体,可降低电子与空穴的复合;表面贵金属沉积降低了TiO2的带隙宽度,能形成更多的电子-空穴对;表面光敏化利用敏化剂在可见光下有较大激发因子的特性,可扩大激发波长范围;复合半导体之间的能级差别能使电荷有效分离,有利于发生电子转移,延长电子-空穴对的寿命。在TiO2对水及空气污染物的光催化降解中,一般原始物质的去除十分迅速,但并非所有污染物最终都能达到完全矿化,其光催化降解效率仍有待进一步提高。
【Abstract】 The new methods and the new techniques of enhancing the TiO2 photocatalytic activity and the new problems of removing the contamination in water and in air are discussed in detail.Recent studies on these fields indicted that the metalionadulteration can provide electronacceptor and decrease the recombination,the noble metal sediment can debase the gap of energy band and increase the amount of electronhole,the photosensitization can enlarge the region of light wave,and the complex semiconductor can separate the charges effectively and prolong the life of electronhole.The photocatalytic removal of primordial contamination in water and in air had been removed fast by TiO2,but the contamination had not been mineralized entirely.The efficiency of photocatalytic removal of TiO2 must be father enhanced.
