【Abstract】 The ideological and political work for the development of students’ is an important part of the work of the counselors and the supervisors of higher education.In this paper,the authors first summarize the shortcomings of the current working methods used in higher education in China. Next the authors propose that an analysis of students’ personality types should be carried out. Last ,based on their knowledge of the relationship between the emotional quotient and the intelligence quotient,the authors introduce an educational model by which students can be well developed in accordance their aptitude as well as their personalities.更多还原
