板料拉深成形过程数值模拟中单元的选择
Element Selection During the Numerical Simulation of Sheet Metal Drawing Process
【摘要】 板料拉深数值模拟的效率和精度与单元的选择有很大关系。 ANSYS中基于单元公式的不同提供了大量的单元 ,在介绍壳单元和实体单元的基础上 ,提出了用 SHEL L93和 VISCO10 7两种单元来模拟板料拉深成形过程 ,并对其模拟结果进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The efficiency and precision of simulation of sheet metal drawing can be greatly affected by the selection of elements. In this paper,we first take ANSYS for a case study to give a systematic description of the solid elements and shell elements provided in the software and then present two simulations handled with SHELL93 and VISC0107 elements respectively.We finally give a comparison of the results of the two simulations in ANSYS through a case study.
