【摘要】 根据现代企业所面临的竞争环境及国外著名企业的实践 ,从供应链和供应链管理的概念出发 ,提出了借鉴 ISO90 0 0的八项管理原则对企业供应链管理进行优化的重要性及具体的思想方法。并指出二十一世纪的竞争不是企业和企业的竞争 ,而是靠增强与供应链上的零售商、批发商、制造商以及供应商的联盟 ,降低整个供应链的成本 ,更好地满足顾客的需求 ,提高产品的市场占有率来提升竞争力。现代企业只有采用体现了管理科学的原则和思想精华的 ISO90 0 0对其供应链不断优化 ,才能适应新时代的企业竞争更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of modern enterprise’s competitive environment and famous foreign enterprise’s experiences, the importance and specific methods of using the eight management principles of ISO9000 to optimize supply chain management are put forward.It is pointed out that in the 21 st century enterprises should gain their competitive edges through reinforcing their alignment with the retailers,the wholesalers,manufacturers and suppliers on the supple chain.In this way enterprises can cut down on the supply chain cost substantially and thus well satisfy customers’ demands,enlarge their market share greatly and enhance the competitive capacity.The key for the enterprises to achieve this goal lies in using the spirit of ISO9000 to optimize the supply chain consistently.更多还原
