【Abstract】 Under the conditions of contract for an EPC/Turnkey Project,a contractor will have to take most of the risks in a project.Hence,the contractor’s risk management is now drawing great concern from the experts and scholars in the field of project management.In this paper,in conjunction with the latest edition of FIDIC’s Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Project,a matrix analysis model is established for the contractor’s risks under the conditions of contract for an EPC/turnkey project by using the modern systematic analysis method and on the basis of detailed analyses and studies of the contractor’s risks under the conditions of contract for an EPC/turnkey project.In the meantime,some strategies are proposed for a contractor to better manage his risks under the conditions of contract for an EPC/turnkey project.更多还原
