【Abstract】 At present, good results have been attained in the dissemination work of earthquake preparedness and disaster mitigation in cities, but the dissemination work of earthquake preparedness and disaster mitigation are not satisfied in many aspects at the grass-roots level, especially in rural areas where many difficulties are existing.
