【Abstract】 Objective To detect The change of interleukin-12 level in peripherl blood of patientswith multiple injury and the correlation with Acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ.Methods Plasma IL-12 level were measured using enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELASA) and APACHEⅡscore were also assessed in 32 patients with multiple injury. Results IL-12 level of patients withmultiple injury were significantly higher than control group on days 1,3,7,12during hospitalization(P<0.05). The level of IL-12 in patients complicated with MODS were significantly increased than non-MODSgroup(P<0.05). The peak level of IL-12 were closely correlated with APACHEⅡscore(P<0.05). Conclu-sion The change of IL-12 can judge the prognosis of patients with multiple injury and complicatingof MODS.Key words Interleukin-12 Multiple injury Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome Acutephysiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ) 中图分类号:R641;R331.142 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1007-1245(2003)12-0011-03The Change of Interleukin-12 level in Peripherl Blood ofPatients with Multiple injury and the Correlation with AcutePhysiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅡRao JingjieHeshun Hospital of Nanhai,Guangdong,528241Abstract Objective To detect The change of interleukin-12 level in peripherl blood of patientswith multiple injury and the correlation with Acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ.Methods Plasma IL-12 level were measured using enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELASA) and APACHEⅡscore were also assessed in 32 patients with multiple injury.
