【摘要】 目的探讨OK镜对泪膜和眼表的影响。方法检测配戴2年的32例(64眼)OK镜配戴者角膜荧光素染色、眼表虎红染色、BUT和Schirmer’Ⅰ试验,数据进行统计学分析。结果长期戴镜BUT、Schirmer’Ⅰ试验降低,与戴镜前比较,统计学分析差异有显著性意义;角膜上皮荧光素染色58眼(90.6%),其中以Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级染色为主,虎红染色27眼(42.2%);停戴后均恢复正常。结论长期配戴OK镜可引起泪膜稳定性下降、泪液分泌量减少和眼表面损害,其改变是可逆的,停戴后可恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the affections on tear film and eye surface after wearingOrtho-K contact lens. Method Corneal fluorescein and rose bengal staining, breaking up time (BUT) andSchirmer’Ⅰtest were checked in 32 cases (64 eyes) after wearing Ortho-K contact lens 2 years. Theirdata were analyzed statistically. Results Comparing with the volume before wearing Ortho-K contactlens, the volume of BUT and Schirmer’Ⅰtest significantly decreased. Corneal fluorescein stainingappeared in 58 eyes (90.6%)mainly grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ. Rose bengal staining appeared in 27 eyes (42.2%). They returned to normal after pause. Conclusions Decreasing stability of tear film, reducingexcretion of tear and damage of eye surface will present after a long-term wearing Ortho-K contact lens.The changes are reversible and can return to normal after pause.更多还原
