【摘要】 目的评价小光斑飞点扫描式准分子激光系统应用于准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视的疗效。方法对LASIK术后超过3月的280例(551眼)按术前屈光度分成3组,A组:-0.50～-6.00D者408眼;B组:-6.25～-10.00D者110眼;C组:-10.25~-16.00D者33眼。观察其视力、屈光度、偏中心情况及术后并发症。结果术后3月时,3组的裸眼视力达0.5以上者分别为100.0%、99.1%、84.8%,1.0以上者分别为99.3%、96.4%、69.7%。3组的术后最佳矫正视力下降者分别为0.8%、0.9%、6.1%。平均屈光度A组(0.02±0.21)D,B组(-0.13±0.57)D,C组(-0.72±1.16)D,其中≤±0.50D的分别是99.4%,86.3%,52.5%。切削区均匀,偏离中心平均(0.20±0.19)mm(0~0.71),其中5眼偏心距离>0.5mm。术后无严重并发症发生。结论使用小光斑飞点扫描准分子激光系统的LASIK治疗近视近期效果好,熟练掌握手术技术和有效及时处理各种并发症是保证手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To evaluate the effect and safety of laser in situ keratomileusi s (LASIK) for myopia with a scanning spot excimer laser. Methods Altogether 280 cases (551 eyes) who had received LASIK more than 3 months ago were divided int o 3 groups by the pre-LASIK diopter: Group A (408 eyes,-0.50--6.00 D), Group B (110 eyes,-6.25--10.00 D) and Group C (33 eyes,-10.25--16D) and followed up for 3 months in terms of vision, refractive status, complications and eccentric ablation. Results At 3 months after LASIK, in Group A, B and C, naked vision w as above 0.5 respectively in 100.0%, 99.1% and 84.8%; the best corrected vision was reduced respectively in 0.8%, 0.9% and 6.1%; refraction averaged (0.02±0.21 )D, (-0.13±0.57)D and (-0.72±1.16)D; refraction was ±0.50D or below respectiv ely in 99.4%, 86.3 % and 52.5%. The amount of decentration averaged (0.20±0.19) mm (0-0.71) and was above 0.5 mm in 5 eyes. There was no major complication. Con clusion LASIK for myopia with a scanning spot excimer laser has satisfactory sh ort-term effect. Proficient operational skills and timely and adequate managemen t of complications are essential to its success.更多还原
