【摘要】 目的总结倍频YAG激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效。方法对195例(347眼)增殖前期及增殖期糖尿病性视网膜病变病例行分次全视网膜光凝治疗。光凝后2、4、8、12周复查眼底、视力。1月后复查眼底荧光血管造影,部分病例复查时补充光凝治疗。结果本组病例347眼,有效308眼(88.8％);其中增殖前期244眼有效236眼(96.7％);增殖期103眼有效72眼(69.9％)。视力提高126眼(40.9％);视力不变166眼(53.9％);视力下降16眼(5.2％)。结论倍频YAG激光光凝是治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的有效方法,对糖尿病视网膜病变应及时进行光凝治疗,阻止病情发展,以保护视功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the clinical effect of double-frequency laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy. Methods For 195 cases (347 eyes) of non-proliferative (244) or proliferative (103) retinopathy, pan-retinal laser photocoagulation was performed for several times. At the 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th week postoperatively, ocular fundus and vision were examined. Postoperatively after 1 month, fundus fluorescein angiography was performed. When necessary, further photocoagulation was performed at the follow-up examinations. Results The surgery was effective in a total of 308 eyes (88.8%), including 236 (96.7%) of non-proliferative retinopathy and 72 (69.9%) of proliferative retinopathy. Vision improved in 126 eyes (40.9%), remained unchanged in 166 (53.9%) and lowered in 15 (5.2%). Conclusion This surgery can effectively prevent the progress of diabetic retinopathy and protect vision.更多还原
