【摘要】 目的探讨CT诊断视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)的临床价值。方法回顾性分析资料完整的28例(28眼)RB的CT、临床、手术病理检查资料。结果RB瘤体内钙化斑点是特征性CT表现,CT与病理诊断符合率96％(27/28);眼外期5眼CT诊断为视神经增粗提示球外转移,CT与病理诊断符合率100％(5/5);临床误诊率14％(4/28),CT误诊率4％(1/28)。结论CT扫描不但在诊断、鉴别诊断RB上有重要价值,而且在决定治疗方案和预后上有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To observe the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of retinoblastoma (RB). Methods A retrospective study was made of 28 RB cases (28 eyes) pathologically confirmed between 1988 and 2002 in our hospital. Results Calcified plaque inside tumor was characteristic of CT findings in RB patients. The conformity rate between CT diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis was 96% (27.28). For the 5 cases of RB at the extraoculra phase, CT showed thickening of the optic nerve, which indicated metastasis out of eyeball and this result agreed with the pathologic diagnosis 100% (5/5). The rate of clinical misdiagnosis was 14% (4/28) while that of CT misdiagnosis was 4% (1/28). Conclusion CT findings are valuable not only for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of RB, but also for therapy planning and prognosis.更多还原
