【Abstract】 Relationship between South and North has eased since the 1990s. But major developed countries have not fundamentally changed their policies to pursue economic hegemony, and contradictions between the South and North still remain tense. These contradictions are reflected on questions of development assistance, technological transfer, trade, oil, environmental protection, drug, immigration, human rights, counter-terrorism and globalization. The root cause to South-North contradictions comes from developed countries, and so is the solution. The only option for both developing and developed countries is to adopt a flexible and pragmatic attitude so as to avoid intensifying and loss of control of those contradictions and by following the approach of equality and mutual benefit and conducting cooperation and coordination.更多还原
