【Abstract】 It is noted that China’s WTO membership brings lower tariffs with her international trade partners together with new barriers such as green barriers. The paper, based on an analysis of the features of green barriers, believes that a good understanding of the essence of green barriers will help coordinate the relationships among international trade, sustainable economic development and environment protection. The paper concludes with a couple of countermeasures against green barriers from the legal perspectives.更多还原
