【摘要】 介绍了电子元件用高纯超细球形钯银复合粉的工业生产工艺、形貌控制方法及其生产设备特点 ,探讨了影响钯银复合粉质量的各个因素。用本工艺与设备生产的钯银复合粉纯度高 ,颗粒呈球形 ,粒径在 0 1 μm～ 0 8μm ;粒径分布窄 ,0 2 μm～ 0 6μm的颗粒占95 %以上 ;在粒径 0 4μm附近 ,颗粒出现的相对百分率频率最大 ;完全符合电子元件的使用要求更多还原

【Abstract】 The process and equipment producing Pd-Ag powder consisting of fine global particles was introduced.The factors influencing on shape and diameter of the particles were discussed.The diameter of the Pd-Ag powder particles produced here is between 0 1μm and 0 8μm,and the mean diameter is about 0 4μm.The Pd-Ag powder can be used for making electronic components.更多还原
