【Abstract】 Based on BSSC, which is the bioinformatics analysis model of protein backbone structure, using the wavelet analysis of multiresolution curve, we describe a multi-hierarchical representation of protein backbone structure. A novel method for the analysis of protein structure based on multi-hierarchical representation is introduced. Accordingly, a new approach is presented, that is relevant with the protein structure comparison and classification, protein folding pattern, molecular evolution, and so on.更多还原
