HEV动力总成硬件在环仿真系统的研究与开发
Research & Development on the Hardware in the Loop Simulation System for the Powertrain of HEV
【摘要】 硬件在环仿真技术是现代控制系统设计中先进的技术手段。结合混合动力汽车(HEV)动力总成控制单元 (PCU )的开发要求 ,分别从硬件在环仿真系统 (HILSS)的硬件和软件两个方面对HEV动力总成HILSS进行了设计开发工作。开发的HILSS应用于HEV动力总成控制单元的设计开发和功能测试 ,提高了系统的设计效率和设计水平。
【Abstract】 The hardware in the loop simulation (HILS) is the advanced technology in modern control system design. According to the structure of the HILS system, the hardware and the software of the system have been developed to meet the design requirement of the powertrain control unit of the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). The developed HILS system can be used to test the function and to assist the design of the PCU with high efficiency.
