转Bt+GNA双价基因抗虫棉花的抗虫性表现特征
Characteristics of Resistance of Transgenic Bt+GNA Cotton Line to Both Helicoverpa armigera and Aphis gossypii Glover
【摘要】 采用昆虫生物测定的方法研究了转Bt +GNA双价基因抗虫棉花纯合株系TBG对棉铃虫和蚜虫的抗性表现特征。TBG植株在苗期、蕾期、开花期和结铃期的主茎叶都对棉铃虫幼虫具有很高的抗性 ,抗性水平与转Bt基因抗虫棉品系山西 94 2 4一致 ,但对棉铃虫的抗性表现为生育前期高而后期低的特点。TBG植株在初花期的上部、中部和下部果枝叶对棉铃虫初孵幼虫的抗性均高于结铃期相对应部位叶片的抗性。TBG植株在苗期能抑制蚜口密度为 5 0 31% ,蕾期的抑制率为 4 6 61% ,在不同生育时期都表现出对棉蚜群体明显的抑制效果。
【Abstract】 TheresistanceoftransgenicBt+GNAcottonlineTBGtobothHelicoverpaarmigeraandAphisgossypii Gloverwascharacterizedwithinsectbioassays TheTBGplantsshowshighefficacyagainstbollwormlarvaefed withthenewexpandedleavesonmainstemnodesduringtheseedling ,squaring ,floweringandbollsetting stagesandalsoonupper ,middle ,belowfruitbranchesduringthefirstfloweringandbollsettingstages ,respec tively ,butthereisadeclineofresistancewiththedevelopmentofTBG plantssincethemortalityofbollworm decreasegradually TheaverageaphidpopulationinhibitionrateforTBGis 5 0 31%duringtheseedlingstage and 4 6 61%duringthesquaringstagetestedwithaphidbioassayusingthewholepottedplantsinthegreen house ,whichdemonstratesthetransgeniclineobviouslyretartsthedevelopmentofaphidpopulation
