【摘要】 用千分表测出三轴转台的竖直轴分别位于 0°和 180°时两水平轴的轴线位移 ,可计算出水平轴与竖直轴的轴线相交度。通过调整水平轴位置 ,使滚动轴与竖直轴的轴线平行 ,分别旋转滚动轴和竖直轴 ,用千分表测量滚动轴线位移量 ,对得到的两组数据进行谐波分析 ,可计算出三轴转台的三轴相交度更多还原

【Abstract】 The displacements of two middle axis positions are measured by a dial gauge when the outer axis is in the 0° and 180° positions,then the axis intersection between the vertical axis and the horizontal axis is calculated. By adjusting the position of horizontal axis, making the inner axis parallel to the outer axis, and rotating the outer axis and the inner axis respectively, two groups of displacement data are acquired. The axis intersection of three axis turntable can be worked out by applying harmonic analysis method in two groups of data.更多还原
