基于UG的斜齿轮三维参数化设计方法——扫描成型法
UG-based 3D Parametric Design of Helical Gears by Swept Molding Method
【摘要】 提出一种斜齿轮三维参数化通用设计方法———扫描成型法。该方法利用UG软件的相关功能 ,生成斜齿轮的端面和法面轮廓线 ,并沿螺旋线扫描获得斜齿轮廓面 ;通过对造型实体进行裁剪操作生成单个轮齿 ,然后通过布尔运算获得完整轮齿 ,最终实现对斜齿轮的计算机辅助三维实体造型
【Abstract】 The swept molding method, a universal 3D parametric design method for helical gears, is presented. By using the related functions of UG software, the transverse and normal profiles of helical gear are generated, and the profile surface is formed by swept along the helix, the single tooth is generated by clipping a molding body, then the complete teeth are obtained through Boolean calculation, finally, the computer aided 3D molding of the helical gear is realized.
