【摘要】 加入WTO ,意味着我国将会全面实行对外开放。就我国IT产业来说 ,加入WTO既会带来机遇 ,又会带来挑战。为了应对加入WTO所带来的挑战 ,应当在完善有关法律法规、制定科学的IT产业发展规划、加强信息基础设施建设、建立国家风险投资基金和培育有效竞争的IT产业运行环境等方面采取措施 ,来推动我国IT产业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entering WTO means that China will more comprehensively open.As far as Chinas IT industry is concerned,I think entering WTO will bring about both chance and challenge for it.In order to confront the challenge of entering WTO,China should take measures including consummating laws and regulations concerned,formulating the scientific development programme of IT industry,enhancing the construction of information infrastructure,setting up national funds of risk investment,and fostering competitive surroundings of IT industry operation,etc.,as well as promote the development of Chinas IT industry.更多还原
