【摘要】 本文用了 8个试验点两个葡萄品种 3年的观测资料 ,对葡萄浆果含糖量、含酸量及糖酸比与气象因子进行了相关和回归统计分析 ,得出葡萄糖酸含量与一个地区的热量、日照时数和空气相对湿度有密切的关系。 3个气象因子对无核白和马奶子葡萄含糖量的影响程度是 :相对湿度 >日照时数 >积温 ;对含酸量影响的关键因子是积温。气温日较差在干旱区的新疆不是影响葡萄糖酸含量的主要因子更多还原

【Abstract】 Summary There are closed relation among content of grape’s sugar\, acid\, heat\,sunshine-hours,air humidity in testing places,by utilizing some observation data including two kinds of grape varieties at eight different places for three years to analyze the relationships between content of grape’s sugar , acid and meteorological factors.As a result,we found that air humidity is the most important factor ,the sunshine-hour is the second important factor and the accumulated temperature is the third important factor among the effects of three meteorological factors on content of grape’s sugar ,the accumulated temperature is the key factor on content of grape’s acid , daily difference of the highest and lowest temperature had little effect on content of grape’s sugar and acid.更多还原
