【摘要】 分析城镇系统发展的非线性规律,认为规划在城镇发展过程中应起到调控城镇空间发展、协调子系统间关系、引导城乡可持续发展等作用。指出当前受多种外力作用下的城镇系统要有效的发挥规划的作用,就必须转变规划理念,强调规划的系统观、弹性、动态性与空间可持续发展,强调自生长引导与环境容量控制的对立统一,并强调市场的竞争、协同与反馈作用。尝试性提出非线性系统观的规划框架。最后以吴江市北厍镇规划为例,从实施前提、空间结构特征、优点、不足等方面对两个备选方案进行了实证研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis on the law of non-linearity in the systematic development of towns, the paper holds that planning can play a rolein the course of development of towns by regulating and controlling the spatial development of towns, coordinating the relationship betweensubsystems and guiding the sustainable development in cities and countryside. It points out that at the present time, the town system is undermany external influences. The only way to effectively bring into full play the role of planning in town system is to change the concept in planning,attach importance to the systematic, flexible, dynamic planning and the sustainable development of space, emphasize the opposition andunification between self-growth guidance and the control of environmental capacity, and emphasize the role of market competition, cooperationand feedback. The paper tries to propose a planning pattern with non-linearity view. It finally takes as an example the planning of Beishe Townof Wujiang City and makes a demonstration study on two alternative plans in terms of their preconditions of implementation, characteristics ofspatial structure, advantages and disadvantages, etc..[更多还原
