【Abstract】 The increase of the global economy makes city develop with unprecedented speed for which the price is to lose the ecosystembalance. City planning,as an available way to control city construction,plays an important role for sustainable economy and environment.High-tech zone of a city is the main power to advance economic development and it is also the model for sustainable development as well as anexperiment field.
