城市污水回用对水资源的影响与经济效益分析

【摘要】 针对城市污水处理厂尾水回用对地下水、地表水的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明 :在污染物CODcr、BOD5、SS、NH3 -N、和TPpo4排放量大量削减的情况下 ,尾水回用对地下水无影响 ;当尾水回用部分外排时 ,会对地表水造成影响。若将非农灌期剩余尾水 1.84 9× 10 7m3 /a通过架空渠穿越山丹河后 ,再修渠引入红沙窝农灌或林灌 ,不但解决了对山丹河水水质的影响 ,而且可扩大灌溉面积 5 333.3hm2 ,尾水全部回用比部分回用缩短投资回收期 4 .4年 ,经济、环境效益可观。

【Abstract】 The Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province is an arid area; it is one of the five main production bases of marketable grain and vegetables in China and has a vast prospect in developing industrial and agricultural production. However, the water quality of both urban surface water and groundwater is deteriorated by draining the untreated urban wastewater. In Zhangye City, for example, the annual precipitation is only 160 mm, the water consumption for agricultural irrigation and industrial production is mainly based on groundwater and partial surface water from Shandan River and Heihe River. In this paper, a case study on the influence of reuse of the residual wastewater from Zhangye Wastewater Treatment Plant on the groundwater and surface water is carried out. The results show that, under the condition that the pollutants including COD cr , BOD 5, SS, NH 3-N and TP po4 in the wastewater are reduced in big quantities, the groundwater will not be polluted if the residual wastewater is reused, but the surface water will be polluted to some extent. If the residual wastewater, 1.849×10 7 m 3 in volume annually, is channeled to Hongshawo region to irrigate farmlands or forests without draining into Shandan River, the stream water quality of Shandan River will be able to be improved and an irrigated area of 5.33×10 4 hm 2 enlarged. If the residual wastewater is completely reused, the callback period of the investment will be shortened for 4.4 years than to partially reuse it, so the reuse of the residual wastewater has great economic returns and environmental benefits.
