【摘要】 西方文官队伍掌握着国家大部分权力 ,为了防止文官滥用权力 ,以权谋私 ,避免腐败行为的滋生和蔓延 ,西方各国从法规建设、管理体制、任用考核、舆论监督等多方面进行制度设计 ,对权力实施全方位的监督和制约。我们需要借鉴其中的有益成分 ,加快并完善廉政立法工作 ,强化对权力的监督与制衡 ,严惩腐败分子 ,促进我国公务员队伍的廉政建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Western civil officials hold a majority of country power. The Western countries have made many systems for rules building, management mechanism, testing of appointment and supervision by public opinion in order to prevent civil officials from misusing their power and abusing their power for personal gains. We should use their valuable parts for reference in order to improve the clean government and legislation, tighten the power supervision, punish all corruptionists without leniency and build the clean government with the ranks of public functionary in China.更多还原
