干旱胁迫对不同板栗品种叶片渗透调节物质含量及光合的影响

【摘要】 以6个2a生板栗品种为试材,对干旱胁迫下板栗叶片中甜菜碱等生理活性物质的含量和光合日变化进行了研究,同时对各品种的抗旱性进行比较。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量都明显降低,甜菜碱、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)的含量显著增加,且不同品种间的差异显著。综合分析所测生理指标,抗旱性由强到弱的顺序是华光、10-14、石丰、处暑红、燕魁、泰林20号。

【Abstract】 Six twoyearold varieties were adopted to probe into the changes of betaine and other physiological activated substances, in leaves and daily changes of photosynthesis of Chinese chestnut. The droughtresistance of various varieties was also compared. The result showed: with the increasing of waterstress, the relative water content and chlorophyll content in leaves were decreased, but the content of betaine, malondiadehyde and proline in leaves was increased. The differences among varieties were remarkable. By analyzing the physiological indexes synthetically, the varieties could be put in order according to their droughtresistance as: Huaguang, 10—14, Shifeng, Chushuhong, Yankui, Tailin 20.\;
