【摘要】 目的　研究HSPgp96、HSP90、HSP70在肾细胞癌组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法　应用免疫组化S P法检测 5 4例肾细胞癌组织标本中HSPgp96、HSP90、HSP70的表达情况。结果　在肾细胞癌组织中HSPgp96、HSP90、HSP70表达明显较正常肾组织增强 (P <0 0 5 ) ,阳性率分别为 88 9%、 85 2 %、 90 7% ,三者之间无明显差异性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,其表达程度均与肾细胞癌临床分期、病理分级及细胞类型无显著相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　HSPgp96、HSP90、HSP70的高表达在肾细胞癌的发生、发展中起促进作用 ,尤其是在加强肿瘤抗原的呈递、表达上具有重要临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and relationship of HSPgp96, HSP90 and HSP70 in renal cell carcinoma. Method Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of HSPgp96, HSP90 and HSP70 in 54 cases of renal cell carcinoma. Result HSPgp96, HSP90 and HSP70 were overexpressed in renal cell carcinoma, and the positive rates were 88.9%, 85.2% and 90.7% respectively. There was no significant difference between them ( P >0.05), and no correlation was found between the degree of these expressions and the clinical stage, the histologic grade and the histologic type ( P >0.05). Conclusion The expression of HSPgp96, HSP90 and HSP70 has a promotional effect on the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma, and it has clinical value on promoting the presentation and expression of the antigen-peptide in carcinoma.更多还原
