【Abstract】 It is not only a common pursuit of entrepreneurs but also a micro basis for a country’ s macro economic steadiness to build continuously-growing-type enterprise. Based on unceasing transformations and innovations, continuously-growing-type enterprise is the kind that makes growth improve steadily and realize "generation propelling" effectively. The three elements , remodification of enterprise value, the stockage of strategic ability and transformation of the model of capital accumulation, make up the main conditions to lead the enterprise to continuous growth.
