【摘要】 自“核心能力”被提出以来,该概念仿佛成了企业的“万能金钥”。然而,我们却不能忽视这一事实,核心能力容易走向其反面,形成刚性。核心能力刚性抑制了企业创新,严重削弱了企业创新的能力。本文首先提出了核心能力刚性的定义,然后分析了核心能力刚性的载体,进而对核心能力刚性的本质即路径依赖现象从三个角度进行了阐述,最后讨论了核心能力刚性特征的克服。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ever since the core comperence was put forward, this defination as if has become the catholicon for every corporation. Nevertheless, we can’ t ignore this fact. If we specially stress on it, we will come into the trap: core rigidity, which choke back the creative competence, and weaken the profit. Firstly, this paper bring forward the defination of it. Secondly, we discussed the carrier of core rigidity. Thirdly, we analyse the path-lock from three points, which express the essence of core rigidity.
