【摘要】 全球经济正处于一个转型时期 ,其结果是导致新经济的出现。本文认为 ,系统经济就是新经济的本质。经济转型的过程就是系统经济逐渐形成并占主导地位的过程。本文详细论述了系统经济的产生背景、基本特征和主要思想 ,并将其与美国和日本一些学者近年来提出的模块化理论进行对比分析 ,指出模块化是系统经济的基本实现形式之一 ,属于系统经济学技理层次的研究。本文进一步分析了系统经济的三种典型表现形式 :共硬系统、共软系统和软、硬部之间的诱导转化 ,最后提出了发展系统经济的基本步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 The global economy is now at a transient stage, resulting in the appearance of the new economy. This article argues that systems economy is the essence of the new economy. The transient process of economy is the process of the formation of systems economy. In this article, the generating background, characteristics and main thoughts are discussed in details, at the same time ,the comparative analysis of which with modularity theory are made that are proposed by American and Japanese scholars. It is pointed out that modularity is one of the forms of systems economy, belonging to the categories of technical perspectives in systems economics. In this article, three typical forms of systems economy are analyzed further, that is, the-same-hardware system, the-same-software system, and the induced-transformation between the hardware and the software. At last, the fundamental procedures for developing systems economy is presented.更多还原
