【摘要】 随着中国建筑业管理体制改革的不断深化 ,招投标制度在中国得以推广应用 ,但在招标投标机制方面还存在不足 ,有待完善。目前 ,全国已有部分城市开始进行无标底招投标的尝试 ,已取得了不小的成绩 ,但由于尚缺乏理论方面的指导 ,因而各地在实际操作的过程中难免变了味 ,这一问题已成为影响推行此项制度的最大障碍。对无标底招标进行理论上的深入研究 ,剖析无标底招投标的经济学基础———博奕论 ,是我国建筑业招投标制度改革的当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of reform on management system in building industry in China, ten dering system has been disseminated in China.There are still some drawbacks in t endering mechanism.At present,some attempts,which have achieved a lot,to invite tender without bottom price have been carried out in some cities in China.Howeve r,without theoretical guide,problems appeared in the practical operation,which i s the biggest obstacle affecting the pursuant of this system.It is an urgent nee d to deepen research on inviting tender without bottom price and analyzle its ec onomics base-theory of game.更多还原
