【摘要】 目的 应用可吸收钉棒(SR-PLLA)内固定治疗10例股骨头骨折、髋臼骨折的疗效。方法 本组病例中,4例股骨头骨折,4例髋臼后缘骨折,两者合并存在2例,术前9例合并髋关节后脱位,1例合并骶骼关节开放性脱位。均经髋关节后外侧或后路切开复位可吸收螺钉及固定棒固定,术后持续骨牵引6周,并主动下肢屈髋活动。结果 随访平均14.5个月,按髋关节功能评定标准:优6例,良3例,可1例,术后一年发生股骨头缺血性坏死1例,无感染、骨折移位、关节僵硬等并发症发生。结论 SR-PLLA内固定是治疗股骨头骨折、髋臼骨折的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effectiveness for treatment of 10 cases of femoral head and acetabulum fractures. Methods Of the 10 cases femoral head fracture was 4, posterior acetabular margin fracture 4, both 2, 9 cases together with posterior dislocation of hip joints 1 case with open dislocation of sacro-ilial joint. All patients were openly reduced and fixed with absorbable screw under posterior or posterior-lateral approach. Continually tracted for 6 weeks after operation, during traction, the hip joint was flexed actively. Results All cases were estimated under hip joint function standard and followed-up with an avereage of 15 months: 6 cases excellent; 3 good and 1 mild. Except 1 case developed into AFHN, all patients had no infection, displacement of fracture and stiffness of joint. Conclusion Treatment of femoral head and acetabulum fracture with SR-DLLA is an ideal method.更多还原
