应用SCOFIX系统三维矫形治疗脊柱侧凸的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 应用SCOFIX (Scolisis Fixtor)系统矫正脊柱侧凸的冠状面畸形、矢状面畸形和旋转畸形。方法 应用SCOFIX系统治疗脊柱侧凸 16例 ,术前冠状面畸形为 4 7°~ 115°;矢状面后凸畸形为 10°~ 5 6°;旋转畸形为Ⅰ~Ⅲ度。术前躯干移位 4~ 9cm。结果 术后平均随访 11个月。冠状面畸形为 13°~ 72°,平均矫正率 6 1 3% ;矢状面后凸为 10°~ 4 1° ;旋转畸形平均矫形Ⅰ度。躯干移位为 0 5~ 4 2cm ,平均矫形 6 5 3%。所有病例术中、术后均无脊髓神经损伤。结论 SCOFIX系统具有三维矫形能力 ,可矫正冠状面、矢状面和旋转畸形 ,效果可靠 ,操作方便 ,并发症少 ,术后不需外固定

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of Scofix instrumentation in the correction of frontal?sagittal and axial plane deformity of scoliosis.Methods Sixteen patients with scoliosis underwent anterior or posterior spinal instrumentation and fusion using Scofix instrumentation.The preoperative curve measurement showed a range 47°~115°,10°~56°in frontal and sagittal respectively,while axial plane deformity ranged Ⅰ~Ⅲ degree.Preoperative trunk shift range 4~9 cm.Results All the patients were followed~up for an average of 11 months after operation.The average frontal curve measured 13°~72°, a 61 3% curve correction.Sagittal contours were well maintained by this instrumentation,thoracic kyphosis measured range 10°~41°.Rotation of the apical vertebrae improved by an average Ⅰ degree.Postoperative trunk shift ranged 0 5~4 2 cm,a 65 3% average correction.No neurologic deficit and pseudoarthrosis occourred in the series.Conclusion Scofix instrumentation may provide the three dimensional corrections,not only for the frontal and rotatory correction,but also well maintained sagittal contour.Fusion occours reliable because of the stiffness of the construct,which also may eliminate the need for postoperative immobilization with a plaster cast and a lower rate of complications.
