【摘要】 目的　寻求治疗股骨头骨折的有效方法。方法　本组对 2 4例股骨头骨折采用骨牵引治疗、切开复位可吸收螺丝钉结合可吸收棒固定、全髋置换术治疗。术后随访 2～ 11年。结果　优 17例 ,良 4例 ,可 3例。治疗方法应根据不同的骨折脱位类型决定。结论　早期诊断、早期治疗是获得满意结果的一个重要因素 ;可吸收螺钉结合可吸收棒治疗股骨头骨折是一种较理想的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective ways of treating dislocation of the hip with fracture of femur head.Methods Twenty four cases of patients with dislocation of the hip and fracture of femur head were treated by skeletal traction,open reduction and fixation with absorbable screw and absorbable stick or total hip replacement respectively.Results With 2～11 years follow up,17 cases were excellent,4 good and 3 fair.Conclusion Different ways of the treatment should be chosen according to different kinds of fracture and dislocation.Early diagnosis and early treatment are important to gain a satisfied result,and its ideal choice to treat fracture of femur head with absorbable screw and absorbable stick.更多还原
