【摘要】 目的　探讨经C2 椎弓拉力螺钉治疗Hangman骨折的临床应用价值。方法　 9例C2 椎弓骨折患者行C2 椎弓拉力螺钉内固定术。结果　术后随访 3～ 11个月 ,颈椎侧位X线片检查 ,9例患者均获骨性愈合 ,达到了预期的临床效果。结论　经C2椎弓拉力螺钉治疗Hangman骨折临床疗效满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the practical value of direct transpedicular lag screw to treat Hangmans fractures.Methods Nine patients with acute traumatic spondylolisthesis of axis were fixed with transpedicular lag screw.Results Nine cases were followed up postoperatively within3 to 11 months,solid fusion were obtained,all cases got prospective effects in clinic.Conclusion Clinical effects were satisfied with direct transpedicular lag screw in the treatment of Hangmans fracture.更多还原
