溶胶-凝胶法制备有机/二氧化钛杂化材料

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法同时对钛酸四丁酯(TBT)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(ETES)进行水解制备出能长时间稳定存在的纳米TiO2杂化材料的溶胶体系。探讨了反应体系的pH值、溶剂类型、反应温度以及正丁醇与TBT的体积比对产物稳定性的影响。红外光谱表明该溶胶体系是TBT与ETES反应的产物。透射电镜分析表明:该体系颗粒大小为60nm~80nm左右。此种含TiO2的杂化材料广泛应用于纳米复合材料的增强、耐磨等领域。

【Abstract】 A homogenous and stable organic hybrid material nanometer titanium dioxide was synthesized by means of the simultaneous hydrolysis of Ti(OC4H9)4 (TBT) and ethenyltriethoxylsilane(ETES). The influences of pH value of reaction system, type of solvents, reaction temperature and volume ratio of butanol and TBT on stability of the product were explored. The analysis of FTIR spectrum showed that when hydrolization of TBT and ETES was happened simultaneously, a hybrid material with Ti-O-Si covalent bond was formed. Moreover TEM micrograph indicated the particle size of the hybrid material was at the range of 60 nm~80 nm. The hybrid materials contained nanometer titanium dioxide will have been applied widely in composite materials for increasing strengthen and scrape.
