聚氯乙烯接枝聚二甲硅氧烷

【摘要】 用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作溶剂,使聚氯乙烯(PVC)与聚二甲硅氧烷硅二醇单锂反应,制备了聚氯乙烯-g-聚二甲基硅氧烷(PVC-g-PDMSO)。研究了反应温度,原料配比,反应时间对接枝反应的影响。利用1H-NMR、IR、扫描电镜对接枝共聚物的结构进行了表征。

【Abstract】 The graft copolymer of Poly(vinyl chloride) with oligo (dimethylsiloxane) side chain (PVCgDMSO) was prepared by substituting DMSO for partial chlorine atoms in PVC with mono lithium polysiloxanediol in DMF. The mono lithium polysiloxanediol was chosen as the nucleophilic reagent in order to reducing the basic capacity of reaction system. DMF as the solvent is more cheap than THF in china and effective too. The effects of reaction temperature, formulation of the materials and reaction time on the reaction were studied. The graft copolymers have been determined with 1HNMR, IR, and SEM. The SEM photo of PVCgDMSO obtained demonstrates the tough rupture, and that of the PVC material used, the brittle rupture.
